The two videos below are from Chris Boyer's website. Chris is a digital marketing specialist and a social media advocate.  He is also the Director of  Digital Communications and Marketing for Inova Health System.  Chris hits the engagement of social media for hospitals home with his "Hospital marketing isn't working blog".
